At the junction of the A28 and A29 motorways, this jewel of Normandy clubs welcomes you all year round.  A course that is as technical as it is enjoyable. The Saint-Saëns course is a 6009 m par 71. Varied, it has three distinct parts: the river, the forest and the plateau, each with a different level of difficulty. The “river” section from holes 1 to 5 is characterized by the Varenne, which borders the fairways and the greens. The “forest” section from holes 6 to 10 winds through the forest of hundred-year-old beech and oak trees. The “plateau” section at the end, where the wider fairways allow hitters to breathe a little, only to finish with the cruel par 3 17th hole and then, at the 18th, on a green bordered by bunkers with the superb chateau in the background, giving the complex a majestic air. ...More ...Less
